Frequently asked questions.
How is annual billing calculated?
Annual upfront payment includes a 15% discount. The calculator shows the monthly equivalent after this discount. Extra member fees are updated using the active member count at month-end. Chain plans receive an additional 15% discount for six or more branches.
What if I exceed the included member count?
There is no capacity cap. Active members above the included count are billed per person at month-end, and you can track the count in the admin dashboard. Select “Calculate total” to see the price including extra members and modules.
What happens after I select a plan?
Choose a billing period, review the plan's monthly total and download your summary. This does not take a payment or start a subscription.
What counts as an active member?
Someone with a valid membership or unused PT credits at month-end. Each person is counted once.
How are prices updated?
TL prices are adjusted annually in line with Turkey's consumer price index (CPI). A US dollar-indexed option may be agreed separately for Chain and Enterprise plans.
